Customer Care Department

Our version of Customer Care is making sure you have a safe days diving.  This means having the facilities you need whether it be warm or cold, sunny or snowy and sometimes asking you not to do certain things.  We don’t do this to annoy you, please be assured there are very good reasons behind our sometimes seemingly odd requests.

To this end we have a main building which houses our classroom, shop, kitchen and, most importantly – the licensed post dive beverage machine – Arthur The Barman (who also does a lovely range of bacon sandwiches, burgers, nachos and the odd curry). If enough customers email arthur@wraysbury.ws a few days before our Late Night Wednesday Evenings for either Curry, Chilli OR Lasagne he will bow to public pressure.

Everybody is welcome inside, both wet and dry, to warm up, buy a drink and hot meal while filling out your log book, have a browse round our shop for those shiny things you’ve lost, forgotten and desperately need, which we shall teasingly wave in front of you as you beg & plead.

Our kitchen is open all day everyday and our resident chef will cater for you with a good range of hot food (his famous cheesy chips) and the important chocolate goodies for that sugar hit you may need after a good dive.  You know you want that chocolate fudge cake!

Most importantly, the bar is open from 12 noon everyday so you can enjoy a lovely cold beer whilst filling in your log books and recording the 60lb pike you saw (‘it was this big!’).

We have a separate toilet block with ladies, gents and disabled facilities and also large changing rooms. That means there is no excuse for peeing in the bushes or horrifying members of the public with your white bits.

Our head of Customer Care is Sophie and she is available all day for a post dive cuddle or chat but beware, she may lull you into a false sense of security and nick your bacon sarnie!  Please feel free to air any concerns to her.

Or you could choose your own cuddle buddy!
