Intro to Tech

The Intro to Tech Course is your first step in introducing you to the world of staying underwater longer, diving deeper, using or mixing new diving gases. is an introductory course that expands on recreational training by improving dive planning methods, in-water skills, and streamlining existing gear configurations in a controlled and fun learning environment.

What does the course consist of?
During your Intro to Tech Course you will focus on:
  • In-depth dive planning
  • Advanced buoyancy control
  • Gas management
  • Situational awareness
  • Proper trim
  • Gear configuration and selection (including use of twinsets)
This course will give you the opportunity to become a more proficient diver and expand on your dive skills and knowledge.

Things to do after you qualify: Buy Dive Kit
We would always recommend that you purchase your dive equipment from a dive shop rather than shopping online (and its not just because we have a dive shop on site).  Buying in person allows you to try things on so that you get the right fit, get the right advice and kit for the type of diving that you intend to do and benefit from the experience of those that actually go diving.  You may also end up with a better deal than you imagined.
