Your place on a trip will not be held until payment is made.
All dive trips are subject to weather and environmental conditions. The dive may be cancelled up until the point of departure. If it is a boat dive, the skipper usually makes a decision about whether the dive goes ahead the evening before. If a dive is cancelled by a boat skipper a refund is usually offered. In some cases a nominal amount is retained by the boat. You will need to contact the trip organiser the night before the dive to check if it is going ahead.
Once payment is made for a space on a trip no refund can be offered if you need to cancel. We are happy for you to find a replacement for your space and where possible we will try to help you do this but it is your responsibility.
If you arrive late for a dive the boat will not wait for you and no refund can be made.
You are responsible for bringing all the equipment required for the dive with you (unless otherwise specified). If you are hiring equipment you will need to collect and return the equipment within the timeframe specified by the dive centre. Payment for kit hire must be made upon collection. Please note that we cannot hire dive computers, compasses, Surface Marker buoys, goody bags, gloves, wetsuit boots or masks. Full kit hire information can be found: Kit Hire (wraysbury.ws)
It is important for all UK sea dives that you own and can use a surface marker buoy (SMB). If this is not the case please let us know and we can assist with you this matter before the dive.
You must ensure that you have the correct certification level for the dive being undertaken. If you do not feel comfortable without a dive guide for the dive please let us know in advance and we can try to arrange a dive guide for hire for you.
